Credits & validity
Do purchased credits expire? Are they reset every month?
No. Purchased credits have no expiry date and are never reset — not monthly, not daily. They stay in your balance until you use them, and the number shown in My account is your real remaining balance.
Are purchased credits kept separate from the free ones?
No, they share one balance. Checking in adds to it, buying a pack adds to it, and every edit is deducted from it. There is no need to tell bought credits apart from free ones.
How many credits does one edit use?
One. Every AI edit costs a flat 1 credit, no matter how large the photo is or which output resolution you pick.
Payment & delivery
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged every month?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. There is no monthly or yearly fee and nothing renews automatically — just buy another pack whenever you need more volume.
How soon do the credits arrive after payment?
They are added to your balance automatically once the payment succeeds, usually within a minute. If the page still shows the old number, refresh it once and the latest balance will appear.
What happens if I close the page halfway through payment?
Nothing is lost. Every checkout creates an order in Awaiting payment, so you can find it under Order record in My account and finish paying — or close it if you changed your mind. And no matter how many times you click, an order grants credits only once.
After the purchase
Do I lose a credit when an edit fails?
No. A credit is consumed only when you actually get a result. If processing fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Can I get a refund after paying?
Credit packs are one-time digital goods: they are credited to your account immediately and cannot be taken back, so refunds are not available once a payment is completed. We recommend using the free credits first to confirm the results. If you were charged twice or charged in error, email liyongcong296@gmail.com and we will review it order by order.
Which image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG and WEBP. Finished results are delivered as high-resolution images.
